 The following individuals were nutmegged at training earlier today. It is believed that by naming, and indeed shaming, them, they will be able to get over it.

NWAS - Done by Baldy Coleman on the touchline

Ditchy - Done by NWAS and claimed it didn't count as he was 'off the ground'. Mmmm...

Manny - Done by Ditch and Tyler when in goal

and the award for 'you should have seen that coming' goes to Brighty. He not only mentioned that he got backheel megged at training on Weds night, he then goes and gets roasted on the same spit this morning.

Remember kids, the DHGM is watching.
