I won the tournament beating Brian 2-0 in the Final. Both Brian and Rofty (in the semi) played great darts and both should be pleased with how well they played.

As for darts practise... you have hit the nail on the head doubles is the key. Trouble with most people is when they have time on their hands or want to practise they just throw at twenty and treble twenty for ages and don't concentrate on other apsects such as doubles and trebles.
as well as being able to hit treble 20 and single 20 it helps to practise other important trebles such as 18,19,17 and also the others from 11 upwards. Practise on every double so you are familar with hitting them and playing on different areas of the board.
