That Xander gets foreknowledge of the future is essential to the theory. In my opinion, this is the only way he would knowingly make the ultimate sacrifice. Even his the vision is false (think the false prophecies and Wesley on ATS). I have a good guess who grants him the powers of sight, but i's avery shaky guess. In fact the most shaky part of the theory. But even if this part is proven false, the theory remains intact as long as Xander does gain the sight. For a clue as to who I think will grant him the powers, solve #8.
