Yes you can. Get a powerfull drill with a good carbide tip and drill it open. These safes were so well even with the best stethoscope a person cannot find out the combination. I have tried every trick in the book and cannot open mine. I have always wondered why the previous owners did not pass down the combo.

i took mine out and ground the weld off the back you can then reach inside and open to reset combo

How did you ever get the safe out? On mine I can't see any bolts holding it in.
