I bought a refurb battery charger from Progressive Dynamics, one of their intellicharges, and the unit failed while still under warranty. Over the last week, I have sent 4 e mails to what is reported to be their customer service and warranty contact address, and I have not heard back. Certainly no reputable company that is still in business would fail to answer an e mail after a week. They must have gone out of business, does anyone know if they were bought out, or maybe just shut down and went bankrupt?

Stu- I hate to say it, but they've always been a little shady when it came to straight answers. You'd be much better off with a Magnum or Xantrex 3-stage charger. They cost more, but will not ruin your batteries OR leave them undercharged. The "Charge Wizard" pendant will not deliver more than 13.8 volts and just can not deliver a good bulk or equalization charge.
