I personally think all judges should be known before the pageant so you can decide if you still want to go or not. It is kind of sneaky of directors, if you think about it, for you to pay out all that money and not know who will be deciding who loses it all, or hits the jackpot. It is not fair to get there and find out little Suzy's coach's sister is judging. Or Suzy's (that your kid beat last week) parents are judging. Or parents of little Suzy that you judged once and they were mad she didn't win. These situations are not fair and too much money is at stake for anyone to have to be in them.
