Subject: Insiders.com really sucks.......their list of players that Cincinnait is recruiting is ridiculously inaccurate......

They list Bass, Longar Longar, Olu Famitimi, Tyler Smith, and basically no one else of any significance.

How's one suppose to know who they're recruiting. One person close to UC told me that they do that because their CUSA competitors go after the same kids once they find out who UC is recruiting. In fact, he told me that Louisville really wasn't high on Diakite, but didn't want UC to get both Whaley and Diakite from Barton County, so they snatched Diakite before UC could get him. UC had interest in Diakite and knew that Whaley and Diakite had become good friends. And thinking back, it does seem like when UC is listed for a kid, that suddenly Pitino and Calipari (especially him) suddenly have interest in the kid. I guess they think addition by subtraction (from UC) is another way of knocking UC down. It was explained to me, that that's why UC is keeping things mum on future recruits. Just what I was told. Take it with a grain of salt but it kinda makes sense.
