I'm not really a big fan of the sauces.I prefer to taste whats on the bun.Theres a Scottish style pub here in Hamilton that serves what they call a "Glesca Burger" and its two square sausages from the local Scottish butcher, who apparently at one time played for Glasgow Rangers.Anyway its two square sausages on a bun with lots of fried onions and its one of my favourites.I do like brown sauce and i use it occasionally especially on fish and chips.I never ever tasted Ketchup until a few years ago and the only time i use it is when i get the french fries at Mcdonalds.I dont understand these young kids who cant eat anything without drowning it in ketchup,they dont taste anything but ketchup.Sauces do have a place on the table but not on everything you eat.
