(He smiled softly at her as the doctor went about prepping her to move into the operating room, smoothing her hair back lovingly and leaning down to kiss her before the drugs kicked in.) He was just glad that he was able to make it through this with her, he would have passed out had she either gone through with natural birth or forced him out in the hallway.. either option would have sent him into an emotional tailspin. Now that he was back in control of his wits, however, he was completely there with her and givig her all the support and care that he could.) Yeah.. really soon.. it'll all be over and I can hold you again. (That was the worst of it.. he wanted to be able to really hold her, to be enough to make the pain go away - not being able to left him feeling helpless and he wasn't used to that. Throughout the procedure he kept his eyes on her, even though he could smell the antisceptic and the faint scent of blood that overwhelmed any other scent in the room. He kept running his hand over her hair the entire time, just watching her lovingly and focusing on her so that he wouldn't feel the urge to watch what was happening to her.) (He nodded at her words, lifting a hand to tuck her hair back.) The baby is fine, just freakishly huge like his father and poor little Shay is in too much pain.. they had an argument and Remy got her to agree to a C-Section as long as he doesnt look. (He let out a low sigh and pulled her into his arms, just holding her.. he was a little tired and a bit emotional what with being back with her and Shay being in pain and Remy nearly passing out.. it was all a lot to take in and he just wanted to hold her a bit.) The sedatives are working well, thanks for that.. it would have killed him to miss being there for her. (He nuzzled her neck tenderly, then mischeviously nipped at her skin, not letting her get away from him should she try to.. the excitement was making him feel playful.)
