I never heard of it made that way, when I googled there were so many different types, I think my Mom just used the cheese, pickles or relish,Kraft Salad dressing, maybe a little suger with a little Pimento, I just can't decide what cheese it was.

Oh my there were a lot of recipes for Pimento Cheese and I just came across this one that sounds pretty good. I'm sure it isn't what you're requesting, but I'm sending along for you to take a look.
