here is an idea
1. cover the answers to the question...do not look at them! no peeking ;D
2. read the question
3. come up with the answer in your head
4.find the correct answer letter, say it is 1 B.
5.put your finger on 1 B. (keep it there)
6. now go to the bubble sheet and put your finger on 1 B. and check to make sure you have 1 B. on both the question sheet and the bubble sheet
7. now color in the 1 B. bubble
8. think of it as a game and it will be fun
9. this helps you destress

at first it may seem slow, but i have gotten really fast going through my exams this way and getting very high scores
;D
