The second one is on this website. I think your wife is protected under the ADA AM DIsabilities Act. Good luck

YES! It is a federal law that she receive testing assistance. All she needs is to contact the testing officials and give them proof of her disability. Yes, it is a disability and accommodations must be made under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Proof of her disability would include a copy of her last IEP or a physician's statement. We are in Oklahoma so I'm not sure about the state regulations. Contact the licensing board and they should be able to help.
