I understand how you feel I remember days I felt so far away from everything. I improved my spelling and reading by reading everything I could get my hands on. I have trouble remembeing things sometime directions, but spell is hect on me to. Believe in your self no matter what pray and ask God to open up the hearts and minds of those that you are to come into contact with today. And you will be recieved. Go to the library or a good will store start out with simple books highlight the words that your having problems with. Write those words as many times as it takes your brain will reprogram it self. It takes a while but it works. I'm 43 and tear are in my heart I remember being call all kinds of name by teachers, being put in special ED classes. No one cared at school that was my place of shame. Afer school I would go to my room sit in the window and dream that I was some place esle. I became a day dreamer because it was easier to deal with getting hit for day dreaming than getting hit for being dumm. When you go on your interview there are only a few question they ask. What I do is write down my answer and study it as long as I can until the interview. When your filling out and application have a written copy your experience handy. Also have someone interview you as much as possible. That way when you go to the interview you feel more confident. I do it in the mirror. I promise it works great....

PS
Don't forget to believe in your self ..... never walk in anyones shadow if you fail if you acheive at least you've done what you believed no matter what they think of you They can take away your dignity.....Because the greatest love of all is easy to achieve learning to love your self it is the greatest love of ALL.....My FAVORITE WORDS HOPE THEY HELP...........

I work for the airline industry for over twenty years in Reservation . I always had the customer read back there cc and always ask them to spell there first and last names and you need to repeat or recap everything that way you can check for errors .When you document a record.you can use abbreviation like plz please ,dep departure ,and look on other passenger name record or PNR at how other use abbreviation. I could not spell at all but by being vigilant I was able to get by after 8 years I confined in a supervise that I had dyslexia and she was very under standing . You should find some out side of work to talk to a psychologist to help you the airline industry is very stressfully work and it is always changing keep upbeat and consistent will help a lot .
