Subject: Hi Laurence! Icky is slang, it means along the lines of crappy, yucky, bleck..not likeable or something not well done that you didn't like. I'm not sure it has a legal definition LOL! I use icka-pattoey (double yuck) a lot! Hope this helps you a little!
