Subject: The problem is CLRG and their ridiculous adult categories not the adults. Do you think they DON'T want to be treated the same as everyone else with age categories and grade movement and proper qualification? CLRG happy to take their money but treats them shamefully. And who forced you to watch them anyway! (More)

All adult competitions are a 'special' allowed by sufferance by CLRG as if they are not an extremely valid source of income that should be welcomed. In open platform, all categories have age groups, some older than others depending on the org. Grades all the way from U9 to O30, prelim and open the same. Adults are treated the same and it's fair and it works. CLRG adults should be the same and it's hardly their fault that they're in a position where it's a minefield to divide between senior open, advanced adult and adult championships because oh somebody was 2nd in prelim in 1998 what an absolute joke. Sure you think it's a joke they can qualify to naidc but that's because they're a special...who have no way to qualify for All Irelands or worlds so exactly how privileged is that. Not to mention a 19 year old adult championships must wear black tights but a 25 year old senior lady does not. Remember, you can choose not to watch.

  • Honestly, why do you care? I’m not an adult dancer but this is silly. -- More, 00:07:25 07/09/25 Wed
  • Exactly. Adult dancers are not a threat to your child’s competition. (NT) -- Sick of the adult dancer hate, 03:02:41 07/09/25 Wed
