They need to check themselves and find out what their own family had to endure before immigrating, along with how they had to be processed in order to immigrate.

The majority of Americans only go back at most two generations and most have no clear idea beyond a possible country of origin. A minority of Americans arrived before the mid- to late 1800s and before the Immigration laws began.

The early 1900s saw the biggest intake to the US followed by the 1970s, due to the change in the immigration laws (and long before the 2020s), and those folks all went through a process of applying, proof of health, and demonstrating anability to support oneself before being granted ability to immigrate.

Most Americans are descendants of those who arrived in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

As for "snowflake"? Don't make me laugh. But be sure to go off to Google, copy and paste here for all to see (however, you might be surprised at what you find out).
