He had been at work when she called - he had actually been working quite a bit, saving up some money so he could support himself in his new apartment. It had been a little bit of a disappointment to have her whisked off to Hawaii, well, more than a little bit but he had dealt with it ok, keeping himself busy with work and getting himself set up in his own place. Near daily phone calls helped too and he found that while he hated to think that she was gone for the summer, he looked forward to getting her phone calls more than he would have if he had been able to see her every day. He actually hadn't been able to speak to her in a few days since they had both been pretty busy - her with getting ready to come home and him with getting all the way settled into his place and picking up some extra hours. Having just gotten off, he was excited to see her number on his missed calls and immediately listened to his voice mail. Soon enough he had headed home, changed his clothes into a pair of dark jeans and a gray cableknit turtle neck, simple enough but still the top of fashion as he always was. A pair of black flip flops and he was good to go, heading off to the beach to find her. It wasn't hard to find the group, it was a large section of people and pretty loud already. He figured it would start to thin out before to late though, his cousin Jake was pretty adamant about his fiancee not being out to late - seeing how sick she was and all. Once Kesi and Jake headed out, Zeke and his girl would most likely do the same and then the crowd would start to disperse a bit. Still, he liked all the crazy loudness, made the spotlight less on him as it usually was. His eyes moved through the crowd before he finally spotted her, a wide grin splitting his face. "Hey! Joce!" He called out, waving his arms so she would look over and spot him where he was walking from the parkinglot towards the group on the beach.
