Subject: Satellite Receiver with Firewire

I found the following information on Nokia's Homepage. They have a satellite receiver (Nokia Mediaterminal 511 S) with TWO Firewire connectors:

"Users of the Nokia Mediaterminal enjoy the benefits of a personal video recorder, including pause-and-play live TV broadcast, digital video recording, and video-on-demand through streaming video. The Nokia Mediaterminal internal hard drive can hold up to approximately 9 hours of recording time or more depending on the bit rate of the video. Via the internal hard drive, the Nokia Mediaterminal can also store digital music, movie and photo files. For additional storage space or file backup capabilities, the Nokia Mediaterminal offers local connectivity to an external hard drive.
...
External Interfaces:
2x ISO 7816-3 smart card readers (for conditional access and e-commerce)
1x PCMCIA connector
2x USB connectors
2x IEEE 1394 connectors <====
1x RJ11 telephone connector (v.90 modem)
1x IR receiver (supporting RC-MM protocol)
1x RJ45 Ethernet interface (10/100 Base T)
1x Common interface port "

For more details see: http://www.nokia.com/multimedia/mediaterminal.html

My questions are
1) Can I record digitally through the IEEE 1394 input of my JVC HM-DR10000 D-VHS Recorder from this receiver?
2) Is this receiver available in Europe? If no, when will it be?
