OK, I give up. Who is Pat Roberts (Stray Kitten, Chap. 36). I looked in the Wiki, reread parts of Stray Kitten, but nada.

Pat Roberts is an attorney in Spearfish Lake. In the book, "Winter Layoff", he acted as the attorney for Joel Lancaster, Rachel Clark's then estranged and later ex-husband, both in his criminal and divorce cases. This was done to prevent a conflict of interest since Matt Schedenwulf (sp) was the Clark family attorney who handled the estate of Brent Clark and the divorce of Rachel Clark.

Thanks Boyd. It would be a good idea, though to add him to the characters pages in the Wiki.

It was "Hannegan's Cove", not "Winter Layoff".
He hadn't been added since Hannegan's Cove hadn't been added to the Wiki (yet).
So I added him.

on a related note, I was (and remain) sort of convinced that we had seen the name Lufkin before "Stray Kitten". The obvious thing would be a New Spearfish Lake series, but at least on my quick checks, I missed it. Or did I imagine it entirely?

Hannigan's Cove. Nichole sent Bobby to detention for talking back in her class.

Wrong book......

"Pulling Even", Chapter 10.

"About the same," she sighed. "I had to send Bobby Lufkin to detention again for talking back. Unless someone kicks the crap out of him and it gets replaced with some sense, there's no way he's going to come to a good end."

I would edit my previous post if I could figure out how to do it!

I think he is also mentioned early on in the book "Susan".

Bobby is mentioned in both chapters 12 and 13 of Susan.

Just the type of interesting connections between books that should be easy to check up on in the Wiki.

Looks like great information about some minor characters!

Those of you that found them, please put them in!
