It's been about a dozen years since I've been in Tusayan. It's handy if you don't have a reservation for a room in the Grand Canyon National Park. The rooms were decent enough if you don't need luxury accommodations. There were few restaurants then but there are more now and not all of them are fast food places. They have helicopter and plane flights, horse and jeep rides. They have an I-Max theater with a good movie of the Grand Canyon. Convenient if you want to do day hikes and other things in the Park.

As a UK resident I am finding that more and more I am finding relavent local news from foreign sources. I realy hope that journalism continues to explore these things as I fear the alternative.
