And as i mentioned, the conditions as far as foster care in Russia goes, are much worse than they are here so it doesn't surprise me when people want to adopt from there. And no, i won't adopt the little boy, i am not even ready to have children of my own, let alone an adopted child, it kind of costs money LOL I get where you're coming from about placing kids with the families of the same heritage but if they are young enough when they get adopted, does it really matter? Besides, there's something beautiful about people of mixed heritage, i know my children will be because my bf is American born while i am Russian-born.
