I think they should always attempt to place the children in their native country before sending them to a far away land. I don't know what to tell you, that comes from deep within myself. If it is at all possible they should be raised in their own culture or at very least place them with a family of the same heritage. Maybe you should consider adopting this little boy Mystie.
