Baca betul2 Muhazam...

Imam Nawawi berfatwa melarang merampas kuasa ulil-amri... Hang pon tau bahawa pada zaman beliau & juga zaman2 sebelum beliau & juga lama selepas zaman beliau, sistem pemerintahan adalah berpaksikan sistem dinasti/monarki...

Hang pon tau mcm mana cara yg biasa digunakan oleh mana2 pihak utk merampas kuasa pd zaman2 tersebut i.e. penggunaan senjata yg mmg diharamkan oleh Rasulullah SAW melainkan bg kes kafir buwwahan itu...

Kan Imam Nawawi merujuk kpd hadith2 yg menyentuh kes kafir buwwahan yg mana Baginda SAW rujuk kpd persoalan gerakan persenjataan menentang ulil-amri yg berhati syaitan, menyebat belakang rakyat, tidak mengikut jalannya and so forth...

Jelas sgt dah tu..... Yg engkau meraban menafsir sampai terkeluar kerangka hadith tu apasal...! Dah buang tebiat ke??
