I have been reading through the mails here and have not seen the cruise I was on.
Does any one know the date etc. of the Med cruise from Venice to Athens, Heraklion, Istanbul,Gibralta. There may have been some other stops but I had to spend 4 days in the sickbay with Tonsillitis.
We took a coach from Wolverhampton (Coppice High)to Gatwick then flew to Venice; the cruise ended in Southampton.
We got into the papers because in Istanbul 15 of us were piled into a Taxi and there being a cartoon of us. I remember the Bay of Biscay 10 gales force winds and us going round offering the sickkies a bite of our Bacon sandwiches.
Hopefully someone out there can fill in the dates etc.
