I see your point Terri. Why would other women want to enter a division with someone who has already taken a title in that particular pageant organization? It's not like Miss and Teen USA where they are held seperately of one another. This is just a different division of a pageant where everyone competes during the same event. Perhaps the Canada Galaxy organizers should consider having a regulation where winners can not return in any division. So I guess I agree with you, it's not really fair that she can compete for the Miss category now.
