Subject: If Elena couldn't place at Miss International and Miss Bikini International, then she's probably not the best rep to send to Miss Universe. Beautiful girl, though.

yes, it's mind boggling she didn't place, especially since Miss Intl is often looking for her looks. I would STILL take a risk and crown her coz she seems motivated and is in top shape, look at Morgan Woolard, she went from not being in the top 15 at Miss Earth USA to Miss USA 1st runner-up. I think her facial beauty and height will be the most competitive at Universe, I hope she's worked on that je ne sais quoi she was missing in other pageants. I heard from some people she's rather quiet/subdued so if she worked on that, then I think we should send her.Now, I ALSO think Katie and Netasha could be future MUC winners, but still need slight improvements to be 100% competitive at Universe.
