According to www.missuniverse.com web site: "Miss Universe and Miss USA contestants must be at least 18 years of age and under 27 years of age by February 1st in the year they compete in the national competition. Miss Teen USA candidates must be at least 15 and under 19 years of age by September 1st in the year they compete in the national competition". (NT)PG13:06:36 05/21/09 Thu
