~with all the commotion going on, it was nearly impossible for a foal to sleep! how did they expect him to get his rest with all the talking and laughing and the likes? he looked up at his mother, her mug all aglow. she was so pretty. he looked over at his pop, his eyes full of pride. the other two who he didn't really know, but figured were special in some way, seemed all a fluster. he tried to get up again, and, once again, fell back down. his dad would probably need to help him out again. once of these days he'd be big enough...~
