I've sold things in the past for just about the same amount of money as the item I sold last week. This time, however, I had the money put on hold, pending delivery confirmation, positive feedback, or 21 days with no dispute. It is frustrating to me because I was very generous with the buyer to begin with. It took her nearly a week to send the payment. It wasn't a big deal to me, but here it is nearly 2 weeks later, and the money is not available to me. The package was delivered today, but nobody was home to accept it, so now I have to wait until the buyer gets it picked up from the post office. Not only that, but it was almost $40 for shipping, and I had to pay that outside of the transaction money. I understand if ebay is trying to protect the buyers, but it's really quite binding to the occasional seller. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]

The dresses I shipped, I also had to wait the next day for it to be picked up because they were not home. Then, you just hope and pray they will leave you positive feedback.
