 concerned person you also need to write times and dates down too, I have just had a lovely long chat with someone who use to attend Daulby.it was stated on here that the SNU cancelled a part of their enquiry they had over an incident with the president of the district council, I was also informed the “gogs” of the SNU complains procedure grains very slowly, with some Guy called Coulston at the controls. To shut a enquiry down half way through tell me “all isn’t up front”, I wouldn’t bother trying to get them to do anything because of “cover up” but, you can do things on a personal level, in other words “by pass the SNU” I also urge if this does get taking on by any solicitor if the solicitors name and address is passed on to the admin I’m sure he will take each one and forward it on to you confidentially any person/s on here will then be able to make a statement to that solicitor in the confident knowledge that they are safe from any type of retribution from any person/s from the church, if it goes to court then that’s another matter, but this does seriously needs to be dealt with.
I urge person/s on here with any type of grievance, anything to do with malicious harm to any person/s entering the Church including slander to seek legal advice on litigation. and
Wendy I know you are reading this along with the SNU if you are lying and it was proven to be malicious intent on your part to cause harm and emotional distress you are in serious trouble.
Concerned person if there is anything else I’ll try my best to help. p.s. can all person’s who do have a grievance please keep all documentation from the past enquiry it might come in handy if Concerned person case gets taken on failing all the above PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE” go to any papers that will listen I’ve also asked one of my colleagues to contact the charity commission over a bogus scam charity called “Linda & Friends” which I have been told is under the “umbrella” of the SNU all these complaints need to be dealt with and it is no good the SNU saying they have their own complaints procedure as I have been told any person/s under any type of enquiry should be suspended from the church whilst the enquiry is made however, that is not always the case with the SNU. and special dispensation is given to the “abuser” and the “victim” is then tormented and victimised the church committee include fail to protect the public which is a grave mistake. I hope this has helped any person on here
