As far as resemblence, @ least in one of the photos, she looks like she could be related to his first long-time early teen love; one he seemed to lose interest in & unceremoniously ditch when she approached the age of twenty.
As stated before (& I've even known a few), many times people will look for the youngest, most impressionable or vulnerable & groom them for a future 'relationship'. More often these unions are based on a prefered role imbalance so the younger is dependent, subjugated or a subordinate in the elder's life.
More than likely, in exchange for this, he agreed to help w/setting up a charitable organization. But this could have been done as a pre-emptive strike before more people found out about the relationship. He hasn't exactly had a reputation for being magnanimous before this point.
