There aren't many SSN groups meeting on a regular basis. There are, however, hundreds of str8 spouses who get together on a less formal basis.

It does become less overwhelming.
The only thing that really helps is, as my husband's transplant surgeon would say, "The Tincture of Time".

At (only) 9 months, you're still in shock.
It's very insensitive of him to include his lover d'jour in family activities right now.

Do you have a therapist?

That punched-in-the-gut feeling can last quite a while, especially if you have children who are still at home.

Remember, you did nothing wrong and you're not alone.

Remember too, he's a liar. He didn't choose to be gay, but he certainly chooses his behavior.
