Jenny is definitely more used to odd midnight visitors needing sustenance. Earlier in this scene, Rachel is staring at Silvia's hands, ondering if she helped Ian kill "the beast". Both are more concerned about waking Oggy than the circumstances of the visitors. Feed them, wash them, let them sleep. Tomorrow will take care of itself.
