      • Weel.... it was a bit slow. But I enjoyed talking with people. I think we sold 4 books... at least I signed 4 books for people. Three things against us: 1) the idjit at the newpaper didn't put in the article like he was supposed to. 2) It was foggy and rainy. 3) Friday night high school football. :P Oh well! I signed about a dozen and left them there to sell. I had fun and my friend was with me and she asked me lots of questions and helped get others interested.   • So I walked breathlessly into B&N, fearful lest they be sold out, but there, there it was front and center as I came through the doors.I picked it up, held it to my chest and beamed at the concerned woman beside me.   Hi, guys! The Poisoned Pen just called to say that Rosana had sent out a mass email to folk who subscribe to the website, inviting them to the launch party tonight--but mistakenly ending it with "...at the Poisoned Pen."
  
  The Pen can't hold several hundred people [g], so the party is actually at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel--dessert and coffee will be available, and a good time had by all, I'm sure. I've sent Rosana a message asking her to add a PS to her email--but not sure how soon she'll see it, so I thought I'd maybe drop around to the main book groups whose members might be coming tonight, and let them know.
