Kathy, you're right about cronehood! I used to put a rinse on my hair to cover the gray, until one day I realized I had earned these gray hairs! That mental shift started me accepting age changes and making the most of them. While I didn't enjoy hot flashes, I did enjoy the end of my "courses", and I'm learning to accept the hairs on my chin!
