Subject: Many kids dislocate their elbows by pulling away from an adult holding their hand. At one of my worksites I learned how to relocate the elbow. You go from kiddo screaming their head off with tears and snot flying everywhere to a startled and quiet child in about 10 seconds. It's very rewarding being able to relieve pain. We taught the parents to do it if the child was a "repeater".
