CASTRAMETATION

Did you know what that meant?

I didn’t and spellcheck had NO suggestions. Lol. It is the planning and constructing of a military camp. I probably won’t remember it again, but there are a lot of words that Diana introduced that have helped me with crossword puzzles and Jeopardy.

Found the quote on a turned down page in my book and when I went for the chapter number and title, it doesn’t really have anything to do with this little quote. I’ll have to reread.

I remember so much from the first five books, but forget a lot from the rest. I don’t know if it’s because I’m older or more just haven’t reread or listened to them as much.

We’ve had two sweltering days here in PA but this morning is clear and beautiful. The trees are all leafed out and the flower gardens are glorious. As much as I get sick of winter, it sure makes spring and summer so welcome.

Bloody fucking Ian Murray. Fucking Scot and sometimes Mohawk. His bloody fucking COUSIN, which made it all that much worse.

And then there was Rachel. . . . . Murray had taken him to Dr. Hunter and Rachel. He drew a deep, ragged breath, remembering her worn indigo gown, hanging on its peg in the Hunters’ house. Grabbing a handful of the cloth and pressing it to his face, breathing in her scent as though starved of air.

That was where Murray had met Rachel himself. And now she was BETROTHED to that—-





The caps are supposed to be italics but I don’t know how to and wanted to let you know Diana emphasized those words.

I was always team Ian, how about you?
