 I think the SS is better than an SVT. The reason why is because an SS runs a 4.54 seconds to 60 and goes down 1/4 mile in 12.61 @ 109 mph!* But a SVT has a 390hp engine and is still is about 500 pounds heavier than an SS with just 325hp too! An SVT runs 4.61 to 60 and covers 1/4 mile in 12.69 @ 114 mph!* The other thing is that the SVT took everything from the Camaro SS ( transmission, tires, design of traction control, suspension, and air induction design) and also they would have to stick a supercharger to make 390hp and 390 ft.-lb. of torque in there too. Plus people say "The Camaro's interior is to cheap, but the Mustang's interior is that of a Lincon's!" Who cares about the interior a real musclecar's interior basic with everything just plain! I think a Camaro is and still a true muscle unlike the Mustang has turned into an economy car instead. And like all imports you can stick a spoiler on your car, and put wheels on, or stick decals on, and have a good sound system but you will still be running 14's, 15's,and 16's down a quater mile!!! A Camaro is the king over Mustangs, Imports, Hondas, and all of the cars that can't even run a 14 second quarter mile too !!!
