Ever think of being a motivational speaker? Chel, if you keep your momentum going, you shouldn't have a problem. If anything you've shown how capable you are at parenting. If you hadn't kept your kids you could have been accused of abandonment. Showing that you want them and that you've been providing for them is going to play in your favor. It's actually quite seldom that fathers are granted full custody, the mother has to be proven unfit, which you clearly are not. I'm not sure where you live, but I've studied quite a bit of family violence and family counseling here in the states, and it is rare that depression is seen as a condition that makes one an unfit parent. Just be sure you talk to your doctor and maybe just being out of the marriage will eliminate what caused some of those feelings. You're gonna be fine :)
