 Right. So far the following have been changed in my copy:

I've removed 2.1.9. (As it duplicated 3.16.)

Walking on - I have removed all references except 2.8.6. which I have altered to read:
2.8.6. The Team Walk-On should consists of the Member Societies Teams being presented in alphabetical order, one behind the other, with a banner and announcement for each Member Society. The hosts reserve the right to walk on last.

I have also changed 2.1.7. from
2.1.7 A ballot to determine the order of performance of Offbeat entries and team walk-on is to be held by the Executive Committee at the Autumn Meeting.
to
2.1.7. The order of performance of Offbeat entries is to be the reverse of the ballot held by the IVDA Executive Committee at the IVDA Autumn Meeting.

Typo of tutition has been corrected :)

Standing committee. Can I just replace everything we have now with:
1.4. The Standing Committee
1.4.1. The SUDA Standing Committee shall consist of those members of the IVDA Standing Committee who are members of the SUDA general committee.
1.4.2. The SUDA Standing Committee shall follow the guidelines for the IVDA Standing Committee as laid down in the IVDA constitution.
1.4.3. On matters where the full IVDA Standing Committee has arbitrated the SUDA Standing Committee will stand by the judgement of the IVDA Standing Committee.

That seems, to me, to cover us fairly thoroughly. Although are we happy with defering to the IVDA constitution explicitly?

2.1.6. (if we keep it) has been changed from
...from the commencement of the academic year...
to
...from the commencement of that academic year...

Other points from the post:
Trophies - will include a list when I have a clue what will be on it.
2.8.11. - do I just remove it? Do I put in the equivalent for all the teams?
