I have all metal. No one says a word about them at all. Believe me when I say this and I know it's hard to believe because you're nervous about making "the right decision"... the fact you have ANY particular type of braces has no bearing on how you are treated by others. People just don't ask those questions because it's obvious what they are and why they are there and that does not have any relation to being a professional or your professionalism or people's perception of your knowledge, abilities, etc. Although you probably don't see others with braces in your environment, believe me, you won't become a walking neon sign in the environment because of the braces... how we see others is a composite of a great number of details, not just how someone's teeth look! Teeth with braces says if anything "I care how about how I look and I take action to make positive change" which is definately a positive value, especially in a professional environment. You may find as others on here have that you become the catalyst to others getting them too. Think of yourself as a pioneer.
