Subject: 4 steps to being happy

Here's an article that I saw on line today that tells things a person can do to feel happier in their day to day life.

It offers some good advice. I know that some of the people that I care about on line struggle with feelings of isolation and being unhappy. I hope this might help someone realize that there are things they can do to change their lives. They don't HAVE to feel that way.

If you think you might have clinical depression, talk to your family doctor. They can recommend treatment that can change your life.

If you're just feeling unhappy, do something about it. This article can help. I'll post it in the reply.
