When you are talking to Crystal, she makes you feel like you are the only person on Earth that matters to her at that moment. On the day of this post I was actually fortunate enough to be spending time with her at the Miss Mendocino pageant and it was really a pleasure on my last day in the organization to hang out with such a great gal. At dinner my family and roommates got a chance to sit with her and they were absolutely blown away by how down to Earth she is. Between Leah and Crystal, California has been pretty spoiled to have such awesome representatives recently. Hope your year of service continues to showcase how incredible of a person you are Crystal! Whenever I'm faced with someone talking about pageant stereotypes, I instantly bring up Crystal and all of her accomplishments. "Amazing" doesn't even begin to cover it. She is a friend to all, an inspiration, and a true pride to the Miss California Organization. Every person, including her competitors, know she is the perfect choice to represent California.
