In reply to: Miss CA Class of 2013 's message, "Jordan Krinke" on 07:28:41 02/07/14 Fri

I have been putting this one off for so long because I knew it would take me hours to write all of the things that I love about this incredible woman!

Where to begin? Ok, first of all.. My second time competing at Miss CA I had a really difficult moment and was in tears in the corner... and Jordan walked into the room where I was sitting alone and immediately comforted me and listened to everything I was feeling and offered the most beautiful words of encouragement that one girl could offer another.
I felt so warm inside afterwards :) It's moments like these that make the program such a blessing to be a part of. Not only because strength comes from trying times, but because the support you gain in the process is completely unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere in my life.
I may or may not be in tears right now...

I remember the first time I saw this beautiful girl in 2009 on the Miss California stage, I was completely blown away by her incredible talent so much that I remember deciding that I would go watch her give up her title at the local pageant so that I could see her dance again. I was seriously in awe of this girl! I have been one of her biggest pageant fans ever since. When I introduced myself to her after the pageant, I literally felt like I was meeting a celebrity. Katie Stam was at that local & I didn't get the opportunity to meet her because she was backstage where only titleholders were allowed at the time, but I was still so happy that I met the fabulous Jordan Krinke.. I'm sure I sound like a creep but if you have had any interaction with this girl then you know that she radiates warmth and beauty.
Also, if there's one person that comes to mind as representing "style" it's this girl. Such a fashionista!

Jordan probably has the best swimsuit body I've ever seen, she is SOLID yet incredibly feminine. Even with the competition involving very little clothes she always manages to bring her personal style to the table.

Her gowns are always stunning, her body is always perfect, she carries herself like a queen and her talent is breathtaking. No wonder she was crowned the 2013 Sweetheart. I don't think that came as a surprise to anyone! I won't be surprised if this is only her first national title...
Having her as a part of my 2013 Miss California experience was such a blessing and I'm incredibly thankful to know this incredible woman! love you jojo! you amaze me.

But one thing I observed that people don't often mention about Jordan is how smart and insightful she is. It probably makes her a great dance teacher, and is the one of the reasons so many of her co-titleholders hold her in such high esteem - she "gets" what they're going through, and instinctively knows how to help. A real gem!
