If it is strictly a lighting issue, that is handled between Bob and the Saroyan. Or anyone Bob delegates and the Saroyan. And it will cost money. So, yes, MCO either finds a "presenting sponsor" for the webcast to fund the increased lighting charges, ups the ticket price, or finds another way to pay for the higher lighting fees.
