Subject: Greatest Punk Rock Songwriters?

You know how the BBC had that vote for the Greatest Britain (i don't know why Churchill won) well i was wondering who does everyone think are the greatest Punk Rock Songwriters? My favourite partnership is Gurewitz and Graffin of Bad Religion - and individually i highly rate Davey Havok, Justin Sane and Blake Schwarzenbach (of Jawbreaker and now Jets to Brazil).
