Though nothing could justify his reasoning as he himself was more than guilty of pursuing mutliple love interests, it was not often that he, Deangelo of all people, fell on this end of the bargain and for a brief moment he didn't quite know how to react. Alex would hav eeyes for another?! Pride wounded by a vicious stab that surprised even him, he did what came natural and his demeanor darkened, boiled, and exploded. Sitting up to look down on Alex with a furious temper raging in his eyes, he hissed icy outrage, caring little for who he might make cry, be it infant or offender. "An angel took care of you, Alex? Is that all it takes to be an angel? What, then, have I been for the last twenty years?!? You ungrateful little bastard! You dare come back to my home, into my bed, with your bastard child, to tell me you love an angel?? Has the angel put up with your shit for twenty years? Has he? You know, for all your sniveling about, you've got some nerve!"
