I never stated that reporting badfics for TOS violations was subversion (unless there was no TOS violation committed, but that's just plain stupidity, really). Violating TOS in order to get badfics removed -- by flaming, for example -- IS subversion.

The easiest way to define subversion, in our context, is to define it as "becoming the 'enemy' (i.e., 'fangirls')." That's quite broad, but that is the meaning I used for it in my posts.
