Subject: Can you dance, Saras?
In reply to: Marz 's message, "Fun, food, and then work" on 10:10:37 04/01/02 Mon

Jeremy couldn't stop staring at Marz as he pulled his clothes off, folding them into a neat pile near the edge of the water. The ex-gang leader still managed to stir desire within him but at least he was able to control himself a little more now that he knew what it felt like to make love to someone. Marz just had a habit of acting so damn sensual all the time that it was almost impossible to ignore him. The same held true for Jade, but at least she wasn't around right now to entice him as well, and he had no idea where Rowan was hiding at the moment.

As he filled a goblet with wine, he wondered why Marz was alone in the water again. There seemed to be some tension between the ex-gang leader and the dragon since leaving the temple. Maybe they had another argument. Jeremy couldn't figure out why they stayed together when it seemed like all they did was fight. He knew that Rowan thought they were in love, but he just couldn't see it. Hell, most times they kept their distance from one another, although recently he did see them kiss in public a couple of times. Guess I just don't understand the dating game.

In an effort to remind Marz of his presence, should he desire someone to talk to or whatever, Jeremy hurried to his side and refilled his wineglass while telling him that the food was nearly ready. He thought about hoping into the water beside the dark eyed youth until he saw Tristan approaching. Sighing, he pulled his thoughts away from what might have been and returned to the campfire, plopping down next to Saras.

The worried look on the genie's face made him grin. "Don’t worry, I'll try to keep Rowan from tossing you in the water again. Maybe after everyone eats, I can coax them into playing a game of spin the bottle again." When he spotted Valhorek in the distance, he called out to the man. "Can you play some music for us after the meal? It's not a real celebration party unless everyone's dancing and getting blitzed."

His mouth watered at the smell of chicken roasting over the fire. After talking a sip of wine he glanced at Saras again. "Have you even danced, Saras? I could teach you if you don't know how. My parents actually sent me to dancing school when I was about twelve years old, so I wouldn't make a fool of myself at all the parties they used to throw in our home."
