Argus was busily trying to make sure various people were okay when there were suddenly huge spiders all over the place. He snarled. This bedamned temple would be full of monsters like that! He didn't have a weapon (he really should have grabbed a staff or club or something back at the tower, but he'd been so busy gazing at Laurel that he'd forgotten to do it).

He sighed and got ready to summon the Hammer of the Sun when suddenly a gigantic dragon appeared in the room and told them all to get down! Argus gaped at the creature, never having seen an actual dragon before, then finally realized what was going on and hit the floor. He winced as he felt fire lick at this back slightly and a burning spider fell on his hand. He quickly shoved it off and scrambled away, swearing. Fortunately his hand wasn't burned badly.

Then the dragon turned into that Tristan fellow. Argus found himself gaping again. He'd seen more strange things since he'd arrived here than he ever had back at the Temple. "We dun 'uv dragons and giant spiders in Kelkenney," he muttered to himself.

He sighed and looked around to see if anyone was injured.
